The Pedrezas are our newest home owners at Kasa Berde Townhomes. Just like many young Filipino families, they had just invested in a house of their own at Kasa Berde. They expressed their pride and joy in finally having the key to their own home in their testimony with us.

The Pedrezas are a family of four; they have a boy who is currently in high school and a young girl in grade school. They were residing in Cavite before moving to Paranaque; living a little farther away from the south was taking up too much of their travel time from work; Mae worked in Makati, and Jr. in Ortigas. Moreover, they were living far away from their relatives. As a family that values closeness with each other, they wanted to shorten their travel time to work so they could spend more time with each other.

Given the disadvantages of their previous address, the Pedrezas finally decided to move somewhere closer to both their work and relatives. That’s how they discovered Kasa Berde Townhomes. By simply using the keywords “house and lot” and “PAG-IBIG financing,” Kasa Berde immediately popped up at the top of Facebook’s search list, and upon looking into the details of its housing, it felt like it was meant to be the perfect home for the Pedrezas.

Upon visiting Kasa Berde Townhomes, they just knew that it was the perfect home for their family. And now that they hold the key to their new home, they know why it’s the perfect home for them, and that is the size of their unit. This humble family didn’t feel the need to buy a huge house; all they needed was this humble house in Kasa Berde so that it would be easier to see everyone in the house, and this way they could be closer to each other.

As a developer, this refreshing new perspective on our project is truly heartwarming. This made us realize that being a developer does not simply mean providing and selling a house; rather, we are also building space for the closeness of loving families like the Pedrezas.
