CDC Holdings, Inc. (CDC Homes) is a real estate company engaged in the development, sales, and management of residential, hotel management hospitality, and mixed-use projects. It is one of the leading real estate developers in the Philippines with 31 years of experience. As a property developer, CDC created our own brand in 2006.
