As Ms Elsie Chua’s commitment to give back to the community and in partnership with the Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (FFCCCII), 2 barrio schools were donated in Sabang and Vinzons, Camarines Norte.

Her donation to build a school in Vinzons is inspired by the past and motivated by the future. With the donation, Ms. Elsie Chua honors the memory of her mother, Crisanta Racelis, who was born there and was formerly crowned as Ms Vinzons.

This donation is motivated by the future. She hope that the school will foster the next generation of leaders and world-class talents that will make Vinzon’s proud.
