The developer will inform the Principal Buyer/s that the unit is ready and they will be scheduled for a unit inspection.
This is where new homeowner/s or their SPA representative/s are given the chance to thoroughly check their unit after it’s been completed and turnover.
During the inspection, a technical representative will help with the unit viewing. The client must crosscheck the existing conditions of a turned-over unit or project versus what was proposed or agreed on in the specifications attached in the contract.
