The Principal Buyer/s or their authorized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) representative will receive an invitation to sign their Contract to Sell (CTS) in our office located at 24F 139 Corporate Center, Valero Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City.
Aside from the CTS, you will be asked to sign the Unit Specification and Unit Layout as a reference to what to expect upon the turnover of your unit.
Special arrangements for Contract to Sell signing may be coordinated with our SOG Department by sending an email request to sog@cdcholdingsinc.com

What is a Contract to Sell?
A Contract to Sell (CTS) refers to the agreement between the developer and the buyer. The contract states the conditions of the sale to the buyer and the commitment of the buyer to the property.
When do you usually send the Contract to Sell?
The Contract to Sell (CTS) is sent to the buyer after the submission of post-dated checks and initial documents of the buyer/s for financing preclearance (income documents and application). This is usually 90 days after the payment of the reservation fee.
My Contract to Sell (CTS) were sent through email; how can I return the signed copy?

Kindly email the scanned copy of the four (4) required documents to sog@cdcholdingsinc.com with the following email subject format, ‘CTS - Last Name, First Name Middle Initial / Unit Number’

The soft copy of your Contract to Sell (CTS) will be sent to your email address once it is already available. The physical copy may be picked up at our head office or can be transported through courier service (at the buyer’s expense). You may coordinate with our SOG department through sog@cdcholdingsinc.com
