Banker Andrew Yap considers himself a fan of CDC Homes because of our earlier project Crisanta Towers. Our first condominium development in Pasig built was built in 1989 but according to Andrew it has aged gracefully over time. He enthused, “It is now a 30-year old building but you can’t tell because it’s so well maintained.”

With CDC Homes’ track record for residential buildings with lasting quality, Andrew purchased a two-bedroom unit at CDC Millennium Ortigas. His residence is on the upper floor of the same building as the Ascott-branded serviced residence Citadines Millennium Ortigas Manila. Aside from its great location in the Ortigas neighborhood, he loved the unobstructed views of the skyline from his unit.

Andrew further shared, “I am very confident in buying it because the price is attuned to the market. With its ideal location, generously apportioned units with masterful layouts and exclusive amenities, it offers very good value. I think it is a very good investment.”
