The developer will be the one to process the transfer of title but the unit owner will be asked to submit his/her Tax Identification Number (TIN) and photocopy of government-issued ID so the developer will be able to apply for eCar from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). The unit owner must also submit to the developer a copy of paid Real Property Tax from the City Hall so the developer can get Tax Clearance from the City Hall.
