How long does it take to facilitate the transfer of Title?
The entire process takes a minimum of 6 months, pre-pandemic. Requirements to be submitted to the Registry of Deeds like the eCar from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and the Tax Clearance from the City Hall will take 2-5 months, while the Registry of Deeds will take 1 month to process transfer upon receipt of required documents.
